We want you to love our fragrances and your shopping experience with us! Our standard delivery time is 3–10 working days, though we always strive to get your favorite scents to you sooner.

Exchanges and Returns

  • Policy: Items once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be of defective quality.

  • Condition: The item(s) must be in the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.

  • Wrongful Delivery: For orders within Pakistan, if an item has been wrongfully delivered (incorrect scent, size, or bottle), you have the right to request an exchange.

  • Sale Items: Items bought on sale are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • Product Consistency: All exchanges can only be made for the same product.

  • Shipping Costs: For orders within Pakistan, returns and exchanges must be sent back to the address provided by Marko Perfumes at the customer’s expense.

  • Defect Reports: If your product is defective, please fill out the ‘Defective Item’ form during the return process. Sharing photos of the defect with our customer service team is highly encouraged to help us expedite your request.

International Orders

  • Shipping: All international orders are delivered via DHL Express.

  • Returns: We are currently unable to process standard returns and exchanges for international orders.

  • Defective Items: If an international order arrives defective, you may request an exchange or receive store credit for future use at Marko Perfumes.

  • Simplified Process: International customers are not required to ship defective products back to us to qualify for an exchange or credit.

Order Cancellations

  • Timeline: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed or confirmed by our team.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

  • Right to Cancel: Marko Perfumes reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or declined payments.

  • Refunds: If an online payment was made, you will receive either store credit or a refund. Refunds are issued to the original credit card used and typically appear on your statement within 3–10 days.
